Besides asking if I knew what Packaging Engineering was, they mainly asked about my personal experiences that were in my resume, and nothing more. The interview was pretty straight forward. There were no surprises at all. Now, I am waiting for a call back for an offer or another interview.

As an intern, the exposure is very good and the quick-paced environment promotes learning graph. Moreover, the seniors and technicians are friendly and willing to help and answer the questions.
