The interview process was 3 rounds. The first round was a virtual interview owith Hirevue which recorded you answering 6 behavorial questions. The second round was on Hirevue but it was a live interview with a person that had been though the program. It was an hour long and it included behavioral and technical questions based on your experience. The third round was an on site interview (one hour) and sales simulation (half an hour). The on site portion also included dinner the night before with TI representatives that are currently in the program and lunch, a tour of one building, and a presentation about the program the day of.
