I was referred by a friend, and I filled out an online application if I remember correctly, then I went into the store and completed a short interview inside. We sat in one of the regular seating booths and I completed a short interview that basically just checked to see if I was competent in working with others and if I had a good enough attitude to work in a team.
its a quick and easy process you can either have experience or not they will train you but just making sure you have social skills and can handle fast pace environment
