Entrevista
It was a new opening so you had to go through a series of interviews and meet all the managers and it was sometimes in a group setting. The atmosphere was fun and you could tell everyone was excited. It meant something to be a trailer hire at TXRH and I loved it there so much.

What were your previous jobs? Have you worked in food before?
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
