Entrevista
I was interviewed first by the server manager. She basically went over the job and the hours and their values and the company's story.
She asked about my previous experience. Asked about my availability. She asked how I would handle a unhappy customer.
She then set up a second interview with the managing partner.

After my second interview I didn't hear back from the manager for 3 weeks. I was offered the job when they finally did call.
The interview was more conversational and getting to know you rather than test your knowledge about the company. The manager who interviewed me was very nice and relaxed! Don’t worry!

You apply online and wait a few days for a response, if you don't here anything after waiting you can call the store to ask about your application. They usually ask you simple questions such as prior work experience, flexibility, and why you would like to work there. I don't know if they still do this but they also ask, "What does integrity mean to you?" Everyone I know always got asked this question so it's best to be prepared to answer this question.

I walked in and talked to the manager after I applied online. They had me do 2 interviews and the training was a little over done. The first interview was with the manager and the second was with the GM
