The manager asked me normal interview questions and I answered them well. I have four years of serving experience. At the end, he said he'd give me a call to schedule a second interview and never did.

What skills do you have that would make you a good server?
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
