Entrevista
I arrived at the restaurant during off-hours for an in-person interview with the server manager. We discussed interview questions, some casual questions and talking, and then she told me she would schedule an interview with the Managing Partner. About a week later I met with him and we discussed TRH's culture, values, and why I would be a good fit. He formally offered me the position of server, and I began training two weeks later. It was about a week training period. It was approximately one month from submitting an application to being on the floor serving.

What is one way you have handled a challenging customer in the past?
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
