three step interview, phone interview, interview with the service manager and then a interview with managing partner where i then got offered the job. each interview was very relaxed and welcoming. they seem to look for personality, be yourself and be confident in your experience

How you would respond in certain scenarios with guests
The interview was more conversational and getting to know you rather than test your knowledge about the company. The manager who interviewed me was very nice and relaxed! Don’t worry!

You apply online and wait a few days for a response, if you don't here anything after waiting you can call the store to ask about your application. They usually ask you simple questions such as prior work experience, flexibility, and why you would like to work there. I don't know if they still do this but they also ask, "What does integrity mean to you?" Everyone I know always got asked this question so it's best to be prepared to answer this question.
