I was not contacted for almost 4 months after applying. As a result I didn't expect to hear from them for an interview. But I went in and met with the Assoc Director and Section Manager. They asked a lot of standard questions then proceeded to some situational scenarios. I was told that they would make a decision by the end of the week. They did not get back in touch with me till the following week. They decided to only hire one person rather than the two that were originally open.
