Two employment specialist supervisors conducted the face-to-face interview asking questions from a prepared list. No phone interview was conducted and no follow-up interview was required. This is primarily a customer service job with the interviewee needing a counselor background; hence, most questions were oriented around aspect. Questions regarding strengths and weaknesses and how one turned a negative situation into a positive outcome were asked. Required to list five adjectives to describe oneself, as well as providing a writing sample.
