My interview at TYAP was informative regarding expectations, learning opportunities and responsibilities. There was a phone interview, and 2 additional interviews at this company. I enjoyed the observation section where I got to observe two of their clients to get an idea of my daily responsibilities. The My questions were answered very thoroughly and they were very welcoming to share thoughts or concern regarding the observation. Over all the interviews went well from my perspective.
