I interviewed for the Marketing Assistant role at the end of may. The interview with the Head of Marketing went well, and I was told I’d hear back by the first week of June. That never happened.
I followed up twice via email and even reached out to him on LinkedIn, still no reply at all. Just complete silence and ignorance. It doesn’t take much to send a quick update or at least a courtesy message.
This really does reflect how they handle things. If this is how they treat candidates, I’d be worried about how they treat employees.
Highly disappointing and unprofessional.

Straightforward, questions and answers over Teams - asked about previous experiences and responsibilities whilst working, standard interview questions, helped by hiring agency who were in the middle of client and interviewee.

Entrevista
Done through agency, phone call first with agency representative, discussing the role and responsibilities and then manager at Texecom. This was an informal chat over zoom/skype/teams, covering what the role requires etc. This was then followed by Formal offer of employment.
