There is not an interview process. All you have to do is write a sample article. However, it is not worth it to work here, as they will close your account and not pay you, thus keeping all the money for themselves. They are scammers.

Submitted a writing sample and got assigned a level referred to as stars for my writing that determines the jobs I can take. The process was very simple and you are allowed to have your writing reviewed later to hopefully be promoted. It’s not easy getting more than three stars for your writing.

Entrevista
Hiring process includes simply uploading a writing sample and waiting for it to be approved by Textbroker international. It is very, VERY easy to do and requires little to no effort. Negotiating with teams was a little different, as the client had more power over who was doing what. Many teams were inactive and time would be wasted applying to them with writing samples that would never be read

To get 5-star author certification (basically the only level of author that can make a slightly acceptable pay rate) you need to take a grammar test, have published work/book, and have a bunch of work on the site done already.
