1. Initial screen 2. Behavioral / technical call 3. Take home challenge - they'll tell you that they expect you to complete it in 3 hours, which is impossible. Analyzing the problem, building the solution and polishing can easily take 6-12hrs. 4. Another take home you'll build on top of the first one - you're supposed to complete it in 4-5ish hours. They'll tell you they value working and readable solution over perfection, but reality seemed different. Even over-delivering isn't enough by their standards. And at the end you get absolutely no feedback even if asked for.
