Overall, very easy interview process. Just a one-time, 30-minute phone call with a team member with one of their subsidiary companies. They want to gauge your interest in working for Textron and see if you would be a good fit for the role.

Entrevista
I met with three directors of ISC and had 1 on 1 interviews. They were responsible for sourcing, logistics, and HR. Each interview lasted 30 minutes to 1 hour and questions were role based or hypotheticals.
Presented on campus, then interviewed in person on campus. They then flew me to Ft. Worth for an in person interview at the Bell headquarters. They called within 2 weeks with a job offer.
There were 3 rounds of interviews - HR round, LDP program manager, and Functional Manager/Associate (Finance, Marketing, etc.). The interview process involves background questions and well as a look into your future goals to see if they align with the program.
