Great process! Simple interview questions and very conversational. Just be yourself and you should be fine. Be sure to know your resume well. Nothing out of the ordinary with this interview.

Interview was very fair. The interviewer was an alumni of the school and he was very friendly. All behavioral and going through resume. Typical behavioral interview. You should know pretty well what Textron does. In the end, I didn't have a good feeling about it but the interview should not be too hard if you practiced enough.
