Interview Consists of 1 over the phone followed by an onsite interview with various team members.
There was a lack of coordination in the interview process. One of the interviewers wasn't informed he had an interview. Got an verbal offer from HR, then the next day I was told to do a 30 minutes follow up, that never happened. Company backed out on the offer midway and made up some excuse. Apparently once again miscommunication between Manager, HR, and team members. Lack of professionalism and company credibility
