1 round hr screening, 3 rounds interview. First official round was a speed dating critical thinking session held at government center, really big event. We had basically 15 mins to impress the judges who don’t know our names or have our resumes at hand. Second round was the assessment center, probably similar to other big companies but i think this one had an interesting vibe. Case interview, realistic “what if you were a new director how’d you navigate this situation”, and a group activity. Last round was an online panel with the team you chose. Oh this was 100% english btw, actually found the interview esp round 2 quite engaging.
