Pros:
* The initial interview process with the hiring manager was efficient and informative.
Cons:
* The communication throughout the later stages of the interview process lacked transparency and professionalism.
* There were significant inconsistencies between the feedback I received and the information presented in the job description ("Zendesk or similar platform") and my discussions with the interview team.
* Despite several positive interactions throughout the interview process, the final feedback I received on May 2nd, 2024, did not align with my previous conversations and lacked clarity. Additionally, it wasn't accompanied by constructive suggestions for improvement.
* The manner in which the final decision was communicated was impersonal and dismissive, especially considering the time invested in the interview process.
* My experience did not reflect the company values of "genuine collaboration" and "transparency" as advertised.
Advice to Management:
* Ensure consistent communication and clear expectations throughout the interview process.
* Provide more constructive feedback to candidates, aligned with the job description and the discussions held during the interviews.
* Train interviewers on delivering information in a professional and respectful manner.
* Review company hiring practices to ensure they align with the company's stated values.

This review is based on my personal experience interviewing for the Sr. Manager, Customer Experience role at ThalamusGME. While the initial contact was positive, the later stages of the interview process fell short in terms of communication and feedback.
