First part met with the recruiter via phone call. She was awesome and very lovely to talk to. Second was a Team’s interview with a local US based employee. Third interview was with two other employees from different countries. Mostly a personality and past experience interview. Interviewers made me feel comfortable and it was more just a conversation than asking any hard interview questions. I was told I would hear back before/around Christmas time…nothing Followed up in January and was told people have been out due to Holidays, should know something soon…nothing Looked online and the position is now closed out and never heard back from Thales. Understand they are a big and busy company, but a courtesy to tell me I didn’t get the position would have been appreciated.
