Two interviews online, one project and presented in-person at their office. Each interview was easy and straightforward. The presentation was strange, considering how many people were involved, like the CEO.

Very long, drawn out process. One interview with the marketing manager, another interview with the art director, then a design challenge that included creative direction, email design, Instagram post/reel (your choice), and packaging mockup. Motion was required for one of the assets. After completing the challenge, was brought into the office to meet with the same marketing manager and art director and the chief sales officer. Same questions from the past two interviews were asked along with a short presentation of the challenge. The whole process took one month.
