There was a lot of frontloading information about the organization and how much the interviewer loves the organization / their job, which isn't inherently bad but it felt a little like a lecture more than an interview. They stopped at the end of each section and asked if I had questions, but other than that I felt like I was just being talked at. That said, the person was pleasant, and they engaged with my answers to the 2 questions instead of just nodding and noting and moving on. They did answer my questions at the end, even if it was a long-winded answer.
