Extremely lengthy process, did almost 4-5 rounds including a personality assement, and then after a month of leading the candidate on, rejected the candidate on the basis of a something that the candidate had made aware in the very first call. Very bad experience.

Easy interview. Went on 1 interview with a managing partner and some other employee. Interview in total took less than an hour, and was offered the job via email hours after my interview
