The interview was relatively easy, management was nice and friendly.
Unfortunately after 5 interviews the HR girl did bother to give an answer regarding the employment.
Terrible communication by the recruiter throughout followed by ghosting.
Waste of time.. should have a shorter interview selection process.

Entrevista
Very quick and straight forward. From initial application to receiving an offer took just under 3 weeks. Nice variety between the 2 interview rounds where the first was based on questions and the second being a role play discovery meeting.

Entrevista
Initial conversation with Access Group recruiter for 45 mins. Mainly a background check and to see if you are a good fit. Then a Teams call to manager for 1 hour to answer general questions and run through experience. Final interview is a role play which is done on Teams and scenario, prep notes/guidance are given is advance. Feedback given straight after role play/interview.
