i applied online and was contacted by a recruiter within a week i believe. I talked to them for about 30 minutes and then they called the hiring manager. The recruiter then called me back and told me what the hiring manager was interested to hear more about on my resume and cover letter. I was then scheduled for a phone interview with the hiring manager. that was scheduled 7 days later. After that the next day i was contacted by the recruiter about setting up an in person interview. This interview is a day long (8am-4pm) interview and you are interviewed by 3-5 people. you also give a 1 hour technical presentation.
