1) HR treats you like crap, ghosts you, and has no follow-up actions or updates once they decide that they don't want you. She will reach out again if the management changes their minds.
2) The founder will ask you for free work for the product they had in mind to build, you'll be working for them even before you are hired.
3) The CTO doesn't comment much during the interview because he is too busy taking notes of your ideas during your presentation.
4) The whole company and its people treat you like your time and effort don't matter.
To all fellow PO/ PM/ Aspiring PO/ PM, whatever you read on glassdoor about Easmed, The Air Station is probably true. Take it, and run, move on and try for something else. Don't waste your time.

Entrevista
I was contacted via email on the 26th of November regarding this opportunity, as my profile was listed on job portals. I scheduled an initial call with their HR Head on the 4th of December, where we had a productive discussion about the role's responsibilities and background context on the company.
Following this call, HR arranged a further interview with the company founder on the 11th of December via a Teams video meeting. In this interview, we delved deeper into the role, the company’s position within the industry, and its intended product vision. I also shared details about previous projects I had worked on and answered specific product management-related questions.
Throughout the process, both HR and the company founder were polite and professional. I received timely responses to my queries outside of the scheduled interviews and experienced no delays.
