I was referred by a friend who was working for this guys for over a year. At the beginning I was skeptical as he was always telling me about the great atmosphere they have at work. He referred me, HR department contacted me via email. There was an initial call that took about 10 minutes. At the end of the call I got the sense that these guys are serious and know what they are doing. I was scheduled for an interview. I met with the manger of the technicians department. We spoke for about an hour. Afterwards I spoke with an HR person. I filed a background check form. The whole process was fun and interesting as they made me feel very comfortable. I was very impressed from the office and people that I interacted with. After couple of days I got a letter of intent to hire. That was 2 years ago. Today I am still with this company and I become a technician supervisor - I am happy!
