Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela The Art Institutes (Los Angeles, CA) em dez. de 2016
Entrevista
The interview involved meeting the Director of Admissions. We spoke for about an hour. The next interview was with the Associate Director of Admissions. We did that by phone. They really wanted to know if I felt comfortable talking to individuals by phone since that was most of the job.

Required an application and an interview over the phone and in person. Had been referred by someone so they had recommended me as an excellent candidate. I discussed my qualifications for the position and why I wanted to work as the Assistant Director of Admissions in Phoenix at the campus.

I applied on their website and was scheduled for a phone interview the next day. After that I was scheduled for an in person interview two days later. I met with the Director of Admissions who was very professional and asked normal interview questions. After leaving the interview I was called about 30 minutes later to come in for the third and final interview which was scheduled for three days later. I met with the President of the department who really went into detail about the position itself and what they would be looking for if I were selected for the position. After meeting with him I talked to HR for about 15 minutes about the culture of the company. Everyone that I spoke with and met with were very professional and they have been great with communication as far as whats going on with my application. The day after my third interview the man that conducted my phone interview e-mailed me asking how the interview went, which I thought was very nice. I was told I would hear back either way within in a week. It has only been two days so I am keeping my fingers crossed that I get an offer I would love to work for everyone that I spoke with.
