There will be at least 2 rounds of interview. The first round is with the HR in Beijing Office, a very nice lady who will ask you some basic background questions. Then you have to take a writing test. The test consists of a dozen of translation works, mostly about finance and banking. You will need to write a short article or letter. Depending on the position you apply, you will probably get a third round of interview with the Editor-in-Chief or the Chairman himself.
