Initial interview took place over the phone. This consisted of basic introductory and background questions mostly analyzing how potential candidates fit in personally with the company. The in-person interview was a group interview with roughly a dozen other candidates. The morning was spent building product knowledge and rehearsing the scripts provided. The afternoon was spent making sales calls to prospects as well as a 1 on 1 sit down with management. Offers were given out in subsequent weeks.
