There were multiple messages/emails back and forth, but ultimately the interview never took place. The scheduled phone interview was over 25 minutes late, and left a voicemail. When I called him back and left a message, I never heard back. Don't want to work for a place that blows people off.

Interview was light, straightforward and focused on the opportunities in the marketplace. The interview was personal given my previous experience and interactions with the owner within the local market, it was more an interview to find out what or where I wanted to focus vs. whether I was a good fit for his company.
