Rather underwhelming experience and I withdrew candidacy. This may be completely personal bias, but sometimes you walk in the door of a company and get a sense it's not a great place to work. That's exactly what happened here. It seemed very high pressure for the below average pay.
Referred by an employee. Had one screening interview with a recruiter, then talked to one member of the team I would be working on. He said I would hear from them "soon", and I proceeded to get ghosted. I wouldn't waste any time here

Applied online and then a recruiter reached out to me about a phone interview. I responded with my availability and I was ghosted.
Applied for another role and the same recruiter reached out to me and this time they actually followed through. We had a brief call where they seemed uninterested in me and the role. Was told I would hear about the interview process the following week and received an automated "not selected" email the next day.
