Entrevista
The hiring and interview process is lengthy; but it tends to be that way at similar firms. You really can only get in via a recruiter, and you're required to successfully complete various types of testing based on the role you are applying for. I think it was about 5 rounds total.
There were several rounds of interviews, beginning with a phone screen, followed by two rounds with HR, the hiring manager, and the analysts you will support, and a final round with your fellow assistants.

Detailed work experience starting with high school to the present. Be prepared to recite this at every interview, with the same HR person in the room each time.
Time-consuming interview process. They pride themselves for seeking intellectual, high-level candidates, and yet will judge you for not being "laid back." In other words, beware if you speak and conduct yourself formally. They are probably looking for someone who can demonstrate their laid backness, which quite frankly sounds sexist, as I cannot visualize that feedback being shared with a male candidate.
