The first recruiter communicated the incorrect time zone although I recapped, the day, time, time zone, and # directly sensing that was necessary. With no apology offered, I rescheduled. She stated we would go to “next steps” and described what those would be. Never heard back from her.
Months later... a different Sr recruiter contacted me after I was highly recommended by a former colleague. This recruiter no call / no showed for our first interview. reached out to her 1 hour later thinking something may have come up. A few days later she responded and rescheduled. We had a nice conversation and again, I was told in detail about how she was going to recommend me for next steps..... Never heard from her again despite an email and two texts.
Disregard for candidates and people. If these two are reflective of the company values then I want no part of this organization. The low reviews from employees are consistent with the attitude and work ethic of these 2 recruiters.

Recieved interview one on one with district leader. Lasted about 30-45 mins.
This was a Very standard interview. They will ask you for a second interview to do a technical interview to make sure of stylist competency.
