Case study and competency questions. Worked through a social investment example, explaining what I would do and whether I would invest. Then questions focused on my experience and why I wanted to work for the organisation.

The interview process was well thought out and although I did meet at three diffrent occasions, one with HR, second line manager and lastly team i would be working with, the process was quite relaxed. We covered mostly of my experiences and what it would bring into the work force.
