I applied online and had already forgot that I applied because usually you do not get answers to online applications in North-America but then they called about week later and asked if I could come in the next day. I had a group interview and it was very nice and smooth. After getting an offer things slowed down a bit and I had to wait for quite a while until further information about my first day.

I was asked a few basic questions by phone and then asked to come in for a laid back face-to-face interview. I was then asked to come back for the shop floor trial with the other interview candidates where we had to perform a series of tasks. It took them 3 weeks to send me a rejection email which I thought was very poor.
