If you spend lots of time on the organizations website and really know the organization inside out, then the interview will be really easy. It's obvious they just want to weed out those who are clueless about the cause and hire people who are passionate about making a difference.

What are your weaknesses? - I always have trouble answering this one even though its common.
It was a very simple interview. No surprise questions. A very short interview only lasted 10 minutes or so. The interviewer did not ask many follow up questions. Just read the questions off a list.
I met virtually with interviewer. They asked basic questions about my level of experience and why I wanted the position. They also allowed plenty of time for any questions I had.

Easy overall, just ask background and why you want to write. Pretty sure they take everyone that applies and is somewhat competent. Any position has similar result, not just writer position.
