Easy interview, lasted 5 minutes. Asked about fundraising and why I wanted the internship. Chose a time and had an interview over zoom, got back to me after I applied fairly quickly and then after the interview got back to me the next day.

They just asked me what I was looking to gain, and a little bit about myself. I thought they wouldn't get back to me because I did the interview in the middle of a restaurant, but I got an offer letter the next day.

Entrevista
The interview was very brief, and the questions were fairly straightforward. It was a more laid-back and casual interview rather than something more formal, which is not a bad thing.

Entrevista
After applying online they sent me a survey to complete. The survey had questions about global development, and personal questions about why you are interested in with a non profit like theirs. They quickly got back to me and scheduled a very short interview, it probably lasted about 10-12 minutes. They asked me about my strengths and interest in the mission of the group.
