A phone interview consisting of a few general questions first regarding yourself and your experiences, then some technical questions and finally a discussion of logistics meaning the compensation, stay, etc.

Focus on mechanical fundamentals (beam bending) and project work and experiences. Two rounds, first round was more focused on thinking as a mechanical engineer, second was focused on project experiences, CAD, etc.

Was contacted for an interview. After sitting in call they did not respond or contact me again. After talking about possibility of rescheduling, I never heard back from the recruiter again. Overall pretty boring experience.

Entrevista
Got through the first round and moved on to the second—just got a bit unlucky. The second interviewer didn’t seem to be in the mood that day, since he didn’t turn on his camera. But the HR and the first-round interviewer were friendly.
