The first interview was a completely online module where they give you a question and you have a short amount of time to think about your answer before a video starts recording. You can redo your answer once per question. There were only 3 questions but the process felt impersonal.

Started with an initial video screen where you record your responses. Everything after that was smooth, great communication from the TA lead, and the HM and panel interviewers were engaged. Really appreciated the phone call with feedback at the end of the process.
