Entrevista
Had a great call with a recruiter, who set up a follow-up call with a team member for the next day. I was never contacted and assumed that I was ghosted, until two weeks later when the recruiter reached back out with an attempt to reschedule the initial call. No explanation or apology for setting aside time for the interview that never happened. It doesn't give off the impression that the company values the candidates time.
