About 3 weeks after submitting an online application I received a request for an HR screening call. It was rough. Consistent with other reviews, it was a central HR rep that would ask a question, i would answer, there would be no response, then she would ask another question. This went on for about 45 minutes and was difficult to stay engaged with. The questions were pretty typical "talk about a time" questions. Obviously they only want to put minimal effort into the first round, but the process was NOT a conversation and definitely turned me off from the organization.
