It was fine. I felt good. The interviewer was professional and knew SEO. We found out we had lots in common and I got fast to the next interview steps. Finally it was a success.

I was interviewed by Creatopy for the role of PMM and I must say it's the first time I encountered such an unprofessional treatment.
After a quite lengthy process, I was the preferred candidate to take the job. At this stage, I had a final conversation with my future manager where I was asked my financial expectations. She also communicated they would need 2 references from past managers. One would assume that if my financial expectations were totally off their budget, they would tell me at this stage, so that I do not turn down other offers or activate my past managers, right? WRONG.
The company "backstabbed" me in the most unprofessional and business unethical way I have experienced. After accepting my financial expectations verbally and receiving my references, they returned with an offer that was 20k less than what I have initially asked for, not even close to my expectations.
Any normal company would communicate this misalignment before the references and before I turn down all other offers but Creatopy didn't. I found myself in deep trouble because of their practices, basically having to start over with recruitment processes. Also, I found myself asking my past managers, very busy and high level people, to refer me to a company that I never actually worked for so I - kinda- burned the favor for Creatopy's sake.
I called them out of this and the response I received was more or less a corporate email that could be summarised in "ok thank you".
I am happy I didn't join this company and quite shocked by their practices.

What would you do to ensure a successful product launch?
The interviewer began by saying she can't wait for the weekend to begin so she can get out of the office. She then asked if she can shorten the interview because she has something else to do. She was nice and friendly though. A lot of time was spent pressing for a figure of the lowest expected salary. At the end of the interview, she told me to connect with her on Linkedin and repeatedly urged me to send her any questions I had. I connected with her on Linkedin, and she accepted my request but she never even responded to my greetings lol. The second interview was with management and her as well. She joined first and said she's feeling so sleepy so I shouldn't be surprised if I see her fall asleep during the interview. At the end of the interview, it was her turn to speak and she said I'd hear from her by the end of the day. The next week came and I still hadn't heard from her. I greeted her on Linkedin and she saw the messages, but no response.
Interesting.
