Upon filling in the online application form, I was invited for an hour long in-person interview. The actual interview ended up being around 45 minutes, with 8-10 based questions based on the essential behaviours for the job. There was then a 10 minute handling task. I heard back within a week, however there was no option to request feedback, and the email address that sent the rejection email was a no-reply address. I think they should consider adding an option to receive feedback for those who were invited in for interview, it feels quite unfair not to.
