I'd say it was super straightforward so your basic behavioral questions about your strengths and weaknesses. What really helped is showing an interest/passion in the company and the different brands that it carries

You first take a personality test on line and if passed it requests you to call a location to set up an interview. The interview is very laid back and my manager was awesome. You have to be out-going, fun, kept up with fashion, and energetic. There where two or three interviews and after accepting you have some paperwork to fill out.
