I had a 45 minute video interview with the hiring manager and answered lots of questions regarding marketing. I had a 10 minute phone call with a recruiter discussing next steps. Had a second video interview with two other employees who were really awesome to talk to! Recruiter let me know there was a delay in decision process, but after two weeks let me know they decided to pursue another candidate.

Interviews require time to prepare, and my final meeting took a couple of hours. With all the "org development" and "org change" people claim to hire they do not have assets for you to use. They expect you to bring the assets and leave them there. It appears they are collecting resumes and assets to build a portfolio that to impress local organizations. They have contract positions only, no PTO, 401k match, health benefits are very high.
