The hiring process is amazing. This is NOT just another company by any means especially after coming from a corporate pressure cooker job I had. I burst out laughing at the other review someone left cause they didn't get hired. The questions are very comfortable in the beginning and become challenging if you are on point and the conversation continues. You really need to know your stuff, no question, but if you do they encourage you to elaborate and challenge yourself. The interviewer was extremely personable and nice. Top notch organization that treats you like a person and not a number. I had been searching for months after being laid off from oil and gas and was so happy to find this company. Glassdoor shouldn't let people leave reviews that show they are mad they were not hired. There is a place for everyone you just have to be very skilled and intelligent to work here.

Excellent, intelligent individuals that are a true testimony to this industry. You are made to feel very comfortable immediately and if you know your subject matter well they proceed with very challenging questions that make you think dynamically. You can tell it's only the very intelligent and skilled that this company moves forward with, and if you are really great in your field and very smart the interview process is refreshingly thoughtful. The people are really nice and reassuring and polite. This company is totally different than any company I have ever interviewed with and their mission statement is explained in great detail and matches their endeavors. I couldn't be happier at Carian.
