Entrevista
There was no interview. It was by recommendation from a friend. Was hired after a couple days of learning, and some questions before hand. I simply came in when she offered me the job, we talked for a bit, and he said to come in at a specific time and he would start training me, and seeing how I was doing and if I was fit for the position. Extremely easy, even for someone with virtually no work experience - as I was back then.
