Applied online, was called within a week by a recruiter. Very general background questions were asked, along with what I know about the company. Two weeks later heard back and was scheduled for a panel interview. Met with 4-5 different people, all asked me standard STAR questions along with experience related questions. Heard back a few weeks later about getting the position. Overall very easy and laid back process. Background check and drug test are done as well. Entire process from application submission to start date took about 2.5 months.
