Posted CV and cover letter online after a couple weeks they contact you. There is a interview with one the recruiter and a director.
However had ghosted me which was very unprofessional.

Entrevista
Sent my CV via email, then was invited to interview over Skype. I was comfortable and enjoyed the process, the interview did their best to make me not feel as nervous. We discussed the work the Carbon Trust did and my experience. A very good interview process and I have a better view of the company after going through the process.
